What this policy covers

This policy describes how Sky Vision Airlines handles internal safety reports, occurrence reports, and confidential information disclosed by crew and ground staff.

Principles

• Reports are received without punitive action against the reporter, except in cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or criminal activity.
• Information is treated confidentially and only shared on a need-to-know basis.
• Lessons learned are anonymised and circulated so the operation as a whole gets safer.

How to report

Crew and staff can submit reports through the Safety Management System portal or directly to the Safety Officer at safety@skyvisionairline.com.
